Guitars are modeled in Rhinoceros software then all jigs and templates are machined from the model producing highly accurate tools to build with.
CNC Machine
Parts like fretboards and bridges that require precision for intonation are also machined on the CNC.
Vacuum Press
The top and back bracing are glued under a vacuum producing even clamping pressure across all braces.
